We are officially opening our doors in September 2026! The final touches are being put on our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. You can find our premium club located in Shirley, featuring plenty of convenient parking for our members.

We are building a holistic space designed for both peak performance and deep recovery. The club will feature: A spacious, premium gym floor with industry-leading strength, functional, and cardio kit. A dedicated wellness and recovery zone (including saunas and steam spaces to unwind). Modern, luxury changing facilities.

Absolutely! We know you’ll want to see the space for yourself. Ahead of our official launch, we will be hosting exclusive VIP preview days for everyone on our pre-registration list. To fit seamlessly around your lifestyle, work, and family commitments, the club will be open Mon – Fri 6:30am – 10pm, Sat & Sun 7:30am – 8pm. Whether you’re an early riser looking for a sunrise workout or need a late-night session to decompress, we’ve got you covered from day one.
