Discounts
- Members must present their Membership Card or Fob at the time of payment to receive their member discount. Members who do not have their Membership Card or Fob with them at the time of payment will not be eligible to receive a discount.
- The Regency Hotel may limit the number of times an offer can be used by members, particularly where promotional items are already subject to additional discounts. Individual promotions may have different limits, which will be communicated as part of their purchase conditions.
- Participation in promotional offers beyond what could reasonably be considered normal consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered an abuse of the scheme.
- The Regency Hotel reserves the right to remove or cancel discounts where products are returned and a full or partial refund is provided. This also applies to product exchanges.
- Member discounts cannot be used on food and beverage purchases on certain key dates, including Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
- Discounts awarded at the time of a transaction may subsequently be removed or cancelled if The Regency Hotel determines that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or that the discount was awarded in error.
- For the avoidance of doubt, any advice given or action taken by a member of staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not alter these terms and conditions.
- The Regency Hotel is under no obligation to award a discount for any transaction that does not meet the qualifying conditions.
The Privilege Scheme
- These terms and conditions apply to the Privilege Scheme, and participation in the scheme constitutes acceptance of them.
- The Privilege Scheme and all associated Membership Cards and Fobs are issued by and remain the property of The Regency Hotel. The Regency Hotel reserves the right to terminate the scheme or alter or amend its terms and conditions at any time.
- All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over.
- Members are entitled to only one Privilege account per person.
- Members must register their personal details and are responsible for keeping The Regency Hotel informed of any changes to those details.
- The Health Club Membership Card or Fob, in whatever form it is issued, is non-transferable. It must not be copied and may only be used by the member to whom it is registered.
- Membership Cards and Fobs, together with any security details associated with a member’s account, remain the responsibility of the member. The Regency Hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss resulting from a member failing to keep these items or details secure.
- The Regency Hotel reserves the right to decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Membership Cards or Fobs, coupons, vouchers, points or other scheme benefits, and/or remove a member from the scheme where there is reasonable belief of abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or a breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions.
- Discounts will not apply on specified key dates, including Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, or on any other dates or promotions specifically excluded by The Regency Hotel.
